TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REDEMPTION):

• The Colourama Redemptions are only redeemable from 10am -10pm at Concierge Counter, LG1. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer, per day.
• Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Purchase receipts from money changer, bill payment, card reloads, instalment plan payments of any kind are not eligible to redeem.
• For Colourama Redemptions, only valid for original receipts from purchase made at Sunway 163 Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt.
• Shopper must be presented for redemption.
• Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own store.
• Shoppers are required to complete Manual or E-Redemption Form before redeeming the redemption items.
• No photocopies of forms and receipts are allowed.
• Items availability is while stocks last.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• Sunway 163 Mall reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All participants consent to Sunway 163 Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
• Sunway 163 Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
• Sunway 163 Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway 163 Mall will make the final determination.
• All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway 163 Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway 163 Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
• By participating the Campaign, all participants is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway 163 Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway 163 Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
• Sunway 163 Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway 163 Mall, despite their best efforts.
• Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

COLOURAMA GIFT WRAPPING

Period: 25 Nov 2024 – 1 Jan 2025

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Gift Wrapping):

• The Colourama Gift Wrapping is only available from 10am -10pm at Concierge Counter, LG1. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer, per day.
• Sunway 163 Mall  “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” is open to all except employees of SUNWAY 163 MALL   Management staff, tenants and retailer’s staff. Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem the “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” on behalf of customer.
• Sunway 163 Mall  “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” begins from 25 Nov 2024 till 1 Jan 2025.
• “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” is valid only for original receipt(s) made in Sunway 163 Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt.
• Shopper(s) are advised to inspect their wrapped gift upon immediate Redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or rewrapped will be entertained.
• Shopper(s) is entitled to redeem a maximum of two (2) “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” with any amount purchases made on the same day. Shopper(s) will only be awarded with their qualified “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service”. Redemption of the “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” must be redeemed on the same day as per stated on the receipt(s).
• “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service” will be conducted, wrapped and managed by Customer Care Team on duty. Wrapping style and design will be fully decided and in-charge by Customer Care Team on duty. No special request of wrapping style will be entertained. Wrapping Paper are not allowed to be distributed to shopper(s) for own wrapping service.
• Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers and purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) are not eligible for Gift Wrapping Service. 
• The Management reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered. As well cash memos are not allowed.
• The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Shopper(s) and/or any other person by reason of, arising form or in connection with the “Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service”.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Sunway 163 Mall Management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.  
• Sunway 163 Mall Management reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.

• Saturdays: 30/11, 7/12, 14/12, 21/12, 28/12
• Sundays: 15/12, 22/12

Time: Sessions start at 11:30 AM
Venue: 3F @ In Front of Velvet Cinema

 

Registration Information:

• Please do not repeat your registration. Successful registrations will receive an email on the Friday (2pm) before your session.
• To cancel your registration, kindly contact us via Facebook or Instagram.

• By participating in the Christmas Workshops each participant agrees to follow these official terms & conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by Sunway Malls & Sunway 163 Mall (the "Organisers ") including any interpretations. 
• Slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants must confirm their attendance at the venue 15 minutes before the session begins. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their slot, which will then be opened to other participants.
• Workshop times and dates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sunway 163 Mall Management reserves the right to make the final decision on participant selection.
• By participating, you consent to Sunway 163 Mall’s right to use photographs/videos taken during the workshops for marketing and publicity purposes.
• The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the activity.
• By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.
